  6. AmiTCP/IP Software Development Kit ("SDK") is copyrighted to:

  16. You are granted to use and redistibute the SDK royalty-free in the
  17. manner described below:
  18.  
  19. 1) No price may be taken from the redistribution, unless the
  20. redistributor has a prior written permission given by the copyright
  21. holder (a fill-in form for SDK commercial redistribution agreement
  22. application is included at the end of this file).
  23.  
  24. A permission is explicitly granted for following software collections
  25. provided that their price and other policies remain acceptable:
  26.  
  27.     * Fred Fish CD & floppy collections
  28.     * Aminet CD collection
  29.  
  30. 2) The SDK must be complete. i.e. no functional parts and/or
  31. documentation, including this copyright notice and licence agreement,
  32. of the original archive may be omitted, changed or added. A small
  33. extra note may be added to the distribution for consistency with other
  34. packages in a large software collection. Also, the archiving method
  35. may be changed to match the other archives in a large software
  36. collection.

  38. 3) You may modify and change the code for your and your development
  39. group's internal use, provided that the modified material is not
  40. republished or distributed further. If you make modifications, which
  41. correct possible bugs in the SDK, you should send the modifications to
  42. the copyright holder. If you want to share your possible enchancements
  43. or other extensions to the SDK with other SDK users, you should
  44. provide the modifications to the copyright holder for inclusion in to
  45. future releases of the SDK.

  47. 4) You may distribute parts of the SDK (modified or unmodified) only
  48. in conjunction with and as a linked part of your software product
  49. binary supporting AmiTCP/IP release 4, provided that you do not use or
  50. mention the name of the SDK together with your software product.
  51.  
  52. 5) The copyright holder may prohibit the redistribution of this
  53. version of the SDK after a newer version is made available
  54. by the copyright holder.
  55.  
  56. 6) The copyright holder is always willing to negotiate on the licence
  57. terms. If you want to do something that is not allowed by this licence
  58. agreement, please take contact.

  60. NO WARRANTY

  62. The SDK is supplied "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either
  63. expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
  64. warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  65. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the SDK is with
  66. you.

  68. Nobody, execpt perhaps you, shall be liable for any damages
  69. whatsoever, arising out of the use or inability to use the SDK, even
  70. if the possibility of such damages has been adviced.

  77. Any commercial redistribution of the AmiTCP/IP SDK requires a prior
  78. written permission from the Network Solutions Development Inc.

  80. Generally, we grant the permission, if the price asked from the
  81. redistribution just covers the media & copying expenses.
